Prepare Your Submission

1. Download and complete the metadata template

2. Prepare your data files
   Organize your data into CSV, XLSX, JSON, or other recognized formats. If you have multiple files, compress them into a single ZIP archive. Name files descriptively, using underscores instead of spaces.
3. Validate metadata and data
   Review all entries for completeness and consistency. You can use the BonaRes Metadata Editor to check your metadata and export it in XML or CSV formats.
4. Submit via the Upload Tool

5. Track and finalize your submission
   Monitor the status in "My submissions". Once approved and reviewed, your dataset will receive a DOI and be published under the CC-BY license.
